Please read these Terms before using Equrix. By selecting “Accept and continue” in the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Equrix is a math puzzle game for iOS and iPadOS. It includes offline play, optional account features, public leaderboard participation, advertising, and an optional in-app purchase that removes Equrix ad placements. Equrix is provided by an independent developer (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Eligibility and general-audience status

Equrix is a general-audience app and is not offered in Apple’s Kids Category. If you are below the age at which you can enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. Users below the applicable digital-consent age must not create an account or enable personalized advertising without any legally required parental consent.

3. License and Apple terms

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Equrix on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or use Equrix unlawfully.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control.

4. Accounts and sign-in

An account is optional for basic play but may be required for Tryhard mode, cloud progress, account-linked purchases, and leaderboard functions. Authentication is provided through Apple or Google and Supabase. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Apple or Google account and for activity performed through your Equrix account. Do not impersonate another person or choose an unlawful, misleading, or offensive display name.

5. Leaderboard and conduct

When you submit a score, your chosen display name and gameplay result may be shown publicly in Equrix. You must not manipulate scores, exploit defects, disrupt the service, harass others, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove fraudulent or abusive results and suspend related access when reasonably necessary to protect Equrix and its users.

6. Advertising and privacy choices

The free version may show ads supplied by Google AdMob and mediated providers including AppLovin and Meta Audience Network. Advertising consent and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission are requested separately where applicable. You can deny tracking and continue using Equrix. Details and available choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. In-app purchase

Equrix may offer a non-consumable “remove ads” purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. The price and currency shown by Apple before confirmation are the applicable price. Payment, refunds, billing, family sharing (if available), and transaction administration are controlled by Apple’s terms and policies. Use “Restore Purchases” in Equrix settings to restore an eligible purchase. The purchase removes Equrix ad placements while a valid entitlement is available; it does not remove third-party notices or affect Apple’s transaction records.

8. Intellectual property

Equrix, its code, visual design, puzzles, text, graphics, sounds, and trademarks are owned by the Developer or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to address security, legal, technical, or platform requirements. We do not promise that online services, leaderboards, ads, or third-party sign-in will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Material changes to these Terms may require renewed in-app acceptance.

10. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using Equrix at any time and can initiate account deletion from the App or the account deletion page. We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equrix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Equrix is intended for entertainment and practice; it is not a substitute for professional educational assessment, tutoring, financial advice, or any safety-critical calculation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption arising from use of or inability to use Equrix. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

13. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Developer’s place of residence, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country or region. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. You may also have rights to use local consumer-protection or dispute-resolution procedures.

14. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Equrix. To the extent required by Apple’s developer terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable license terms against you.
